SVA queries

Tried searching on this, but....

What does the SVA man look for around the pedal area?

Cheers
Nick

1 loud pedal. (go)
1 soft pedal (stop)
1 other on the left (not sure what that one's for.)

Seriously though.
Nothing as far as I know.
As long as ther are secure and fit for purpose you should be ok.

Oh and brake and clutch must be non slip (not bare metal)

What about sharp edges?

AFAIK - as long as it's not blatantly a bad build with SHARP EDGES you'll be ok. Just file round edges to remove burrs...

I believe you cannot get away with an adjustable balance bar if you are using twin master cylinders. Balance bar must be locked in position.

Pretty sure that you have to have non slip pedals, either propper rubbers, or some heavy grit sanding cloth. I used a bit of a worn belt, from a belt sander on my throttle, no probs. Regards Ray.
