got letter from VOSA askin who buil my kit

there were three boxes:
a) me
b) company building kits
c) me and acting on peope on my behalf

well, none of them really apply, as it was mostly built by previous owners - from receipts about 3 others but I don;t know what they did.


so I marked c) with steering fitted by me, whcih it was but put note that previous owneres did the rest.

does this sound right- what are they angling for?

(whith hindsight I should have called before sending the letter off.... )

I really don't think VOSA care too much about the other people who built bits before you got the kit...

I would have said a). But who really cares anyway, there's not really anything that can be affected by it.

They're really only interested in professionally-built cars, as there's an upper limit on the quantity that can be built before they're subject to manufacturers' regulations.
