Got SVA manual on PDF format, can send via e-mail if anyone is interested. It's free for a while but contributions to my fave charity (me) are welcomed but not compulsary. Any donations can be sent after you have recieved manual, 179 pages.

Sounds as though you have a copy of the proposed updates that have now been incorporated in the latest issued manual.

Mine is also March 2004
