Yep, it passed second time around. Worked late last night correcting the fail points.
The exhaust noise was the only awkward point. I made a ball out of galvanised mesh and stuffed it full of wire wool. Around the corner from the test centre i took the can off and stuffed it down the can.
Worked a treat.

Next stop DVLA!
