The exhaust is a Westfield one, and the clamp is a Mikalor with the raised edges flattened down.

What do you think?

Looks ok to me - I would just make sure that the screw bit of the clamp was between the exhaust and the bodywork so it can't be reached by the testers sphere.

Front and rear edge of exhaust guard possibily. Depends on Tester.
That would have failed in Southampton. (Fussy Git)
