one of my fails on wed was from the lower edge on the mk dash on my car, does anyone know what is the best way to solve this? thanks!

My Indy failed on dash radius , even though it had a decent radius , my solution was to insert a strip of 1" x 3mm rubber around the radius, something like windscreen edging . It passed.

Rubber edging, the neoprene sort, with a radius of 5mm, (ie minimum 10mm front to back thickness) fitted along the bottom edge is OK. Mine passed with that, though the tester did measure it with a pair of calipers.

well i had blue tacced some coolant hose that id split in half and apparently it wasnt good enough! Also my harness mounts at the top of the seat need covering???

Was the coolant hose glued on? Perhaps he failed it because it didn't appear permanent.
