I might be lucky but..i have received nothing but excellent service from there from the very start to just now where they gave me a registration certificate so i can get me number plates made and a shiny new tax disc and said i can now legally drive on the road. and wished me good luck and smiled and said goodbye
I know theres been some who have had problems but I will now email dvla hq and ask them to give a gold star(or something) to all the staff concerned..Its rare now to deal with something official and Not get a load of numb-nuts on the other side
