hi
does anybody know if it is permitted to
fit yhe fuel pipe or cable loom through the frame tube( lower tube)?
bye koen
Don't know if running a fuel pipe through the tube work is a good idea, it could chaffe on something like weld spatter and then a fuel leak could
go unoticed untill it had done a lot of damage...
just a thought...same goes for the wiring ..

Jonti.
that would certainly protect the fuel pipe/cables etc, it could be fun to watch someone attempt pushing the placky conduit type stuff down the chasis
tubes only concern there is what happens should you decide to weld a brkt or something to that rail???
Brilliant idea, let me know how you get on with it. Won't the holes where it goes in and out be a weak point?.
yours, Pete.
If I were an inspector I might think things like: you can't check the condition of those pipes now or later on down the road, so it's
unsafe.
Note I have no idea about what's in the SVA manual, but I wouldn't risk this approach myself.
