i also have a v627/1 form built up inspection report what do i do with that take it to the dvla ?

the SVA and trip to dvla for registration are two different things and as you may have guess, have their own sets of paper work.

for SVA you need nothing after you have sent your SVA test applicaiont form
for registration (trip to dval) you need the one you have listed plus v55/5 (do a search, this has come up recently, in fact today, twice, and over the last weeks or so - there is lonk to kitcar web site that exaplains). you also need your insurance certificate and some proof of id/address, e.g. driving licence

you alos need receipts adn v5 if availalbe.
