Now then chaps,

Can someone just confirm to me that the only thing I need send off is the SVA1 application and the rest of the stuff i.e V627/1, V55/1, MOT, MAC (From completed SVA) Insurance etc I take down to the local DVLA office.

Along with your cheque!

All you send to VOSA is your application for an SVA and your money and then a week later a declaration will arrive in the post for you to sign and return.

Then you get a phonecall to arrange the test appointment.

Easy eh?!

Ah! bonza!!

so, I take it I keep the full V5 (Sierra log book) until I visit the DVLA

Just pondering the age related plate thing and scrapping of donor

you dont do a MOT I cant stress that enough feel free to have a MOT check but not an official one on paper/computer

rate no mot then, as tghe local garage is within walking distance of house I may take it for a so called once over prior to MOT
