"In assessments against other model report versions, it has been decided that this test will not be necessary where the examiner is satisfied that
the specification and noise level of the presented vehicle is the same as that documented in the model report."

Well my build is going to specify a noise level of 150db and I'm updating my MS Word document to say to

That only covers ESVA vehicles though, cars imported from other countries and being tested under a model report. It doesn't cover us.

So which ones are the new ones? The issue dates on the random ones I've opened all seem to be at least months, but mostly years old...
