NTDWM
Yes, two ways.
Legal way: Buy a paper copy from VOSA currently £37
http://www.vosa.gov.uk/vosacorp/publications/manualsandguides/vehicletestingmanualsandguides.htm
Dodgy way: There is a pdf file of a draft version kicking about (do a search for a link) it's pretty much identical to the final draft, and has
the advantage that you can do a computer search on text.
I think you need to discuss the rules with the actual inspector for his interpretation of them.
Just based on peoples experience of different test centres mind..
I didn't bother with a cpy of the manual - any queries you have can be answered on this forum and as mentioned above some of it will come down to the SVA examiners interpretation of the manual.
I believe there is a draft copy on DVLA website.
I have the full version somewhere - a pdf file of the scanned manual.
If you have no joy, then pm me and I can send off CD to you. (It is 17 M zip so could even e-mail to you).
Is that 2004 the most up to date?
it is the only copy I have found and I also found that under section 10 (mirrors) page 1 is missing.....
