I got a document yesterday and it is entitled

"how to get your car through the single vehicle approval test".......An easy to follow guide for builders and importers.

This does not look like an official ministery or DVLA document, am i ok to follow this or is there a more official version available, I beleive that a version is currenlty out of print.
