I've just finished filling in the V55.. I Know i passed on the 7th but i'm lazy and its too cold to drive it

where do i sent the form to, the DVLA in swansea or the local DVLA office in Ipswich?

do i need to enclose the V627 or not?

Since i'm sending my driving licence and MAC i will be sending it Recorded delivery.

Not sure about the V55 (not got that far yet) but I did check with Swansea and was told to send the inspection application V627 to my local office. I would expect that your local office would deal with it all and the benefit is that you can take the paperwork to them and not lose sight of your MAC and driving licence.
