Perspex dash?

Can anyone think of any SVA related issues with making a perspex dash and mounting the clocks behind it to avoid radius problems?

No SVA issues at all, every modern tin-top seems to put all their dials/warning lights behind perspex/polycarbonate.
As tks implies you may want to make some kind of hood to stop the sun making it unreadable.

...and you'll still need to radius the bottom

I thought about just not having a dash at all and mounting my bike clocks on a bracket, and the switches on a small panel.

I'm not sure what the implications would be in terms of what would be considered to be the dash and what could be simply trimmed with edge trim.
