Hi have build an seven, does anyone have a clue on how to SVA it, being an foreigner its impossible right?

welcome to the madhouse,mail this mob,they are responsible for SVA testing.
people have built them and brought them here to be tested,once passed here you SHOULD be able to re-register them in any EU country.....thats the theory anyhow

Are you building a kit or from scratch? If you are building a kit, it is worth checking with the manufacturer if they can help, usually they do and that's your best bet. Pay them, or pay someone else involved in building kitcars (there are a good few on here, too) to do the SVA and registration for you. This is what we were thinking of, but we found a different method in Hungary.

Post your question on www.kitcarclub.nl there are a lot of dutch people who have done this before!

I have already asked people from that site, nobody has a perfect match of steps i need to take.

Hope you can prove i'm wrong in my thoughts
