I talked to a SVA officer yesterday and it seems to be impossible to pass the Austrian SVA. Does anyone know somebody who already passed the SVA in Austria (or Germany or Italy) or has an idea how this could work.

what some have done is take test in england,register it here,import it to where you live and re-register it there

Or

you try to pass the T.U.V. in germany, and then import the car to austria.
Take a look at www.seven-ig.de
there are several manufacturers of kitcars in Germany that pass the TUV
