What are your thoughts, go the cheap route or stick to the OEM ones?
HP colour laserjet 2600n.
Any places you suggest to buy at reasonable prices?
I sell them. If it was mine i would use oem.
Cheap ones ok till it goes wrong.
Recycled ones won't invalidate your warranty, but you will need to have a full set of originals in if you call them out.
OEMs last longer too.
get the proper ones. i had a cyan refill in my hp colour laserjet 3550 that decided it wanted to explode its content every where. was a real sod to clean up.
i have been useing tescos own brand printer ink for my brother printer with no probs for over 18 months now.
We have a couple of 2600N's at work.... I think we run a mixture of OEM and compatible ones..
Sometimes we get issues with the compatible ones.... but usually they are ok...
Those are cack printers though... pickup rollers and memory keeps going...
We sell/service canon machines and use only canon originals in machines where quality is critical. On Black and White or machines where quality is nor critical we use cheaper ones but always test them at a friendly customer first before buying a load. We've found that with black machines; adding non oem toner can result in text appearing grey rather than black until the oem toner has been depleted.
