trying to get my hazards working without ignition on,they work with ignition on can anyone help

Take the +ve feed wire from a non-switched rather than a switched wire (colour will depend on your loom).

take a look at the wiring diagram on Hellfire's site,
Solved all my problems,(they drink Sella apparently)
