After a break from kits for the last 3 years, I have just purchased a ARIES Locoblade on Saturday, spent today checking it over, very pleased with it,
new 61 plate and done just 10 miles, still got the bobbles on the tyres, the car belonged to "chesney321" on here, Dave has made a great job
of building the car, a very well put together car, a real credit to him.
Just a 893cc blade engine, but some nice bits fitted, wilwoods, digi dash 2, reverse box, minilites, protechs etc, can't wait to get it on track,
after a few little mods
Wellcome back Paul
Hope to see you at Elvington soon then

I had one with a zx9 and I loved it. The only problem I had was that the rear wheels were only 6" wide with 175/60/14 tyres so it broke traction easily. The tyres were almost new so I couldn't warrant swapping them but I'm sure some 205 a048's would have improved things no end: mine was way smaller than my. Mnr

Wow, that was some mid-life crisis there Paul..... I'm glad you eventually pulled through though and I hope your pipe and slippers are now
securely locked away.
Welcome back to the darkside mate.......
Are you keeping it on the road or trackdays only?
Phil
