If you follow the link to the flatmobile website he hasn't had it SVAd, which is obviously illegal since the Hillman Imp chassis is definitely modified.

No way he would pass SVA with those lights, pointy sharp bits, etc. According to www.mycarcheck.com it's a "a Hillman Imp Deluxe (Saloon)"... yeah, right
