This is the BEST vid I've seen in ages

BE WARNED - IT AINT PRETTY, if you are easily offended then don't watch it - if on the other hand you like seeing little scrotes getting all they deserve then chuckle away.

What's worrying is that not only the scrote doing the kicking couldn't see that coming a mile off, but all of his scummer mates behind the camera too.

Deserves everything he got though

Thankyou !

Sorry - I cant see the funny side.

He'll probably have a case for sueing the council - afterall, if the wall wasn't damaged in the first place he wouldn't have been able to do that.

If he ends up loosing the end of his leg - we're all going to end up paying for the guy in Disability Benefit.

Granted - something had to happen as punishment, but potentially loosing his leg is a bit harsh. I'm sure we've all done stupid things as kids and not suffered too much as a consequence... I hope he makes a full recovery and learns his lesson, like many of us would have done.

Just watched that exactly 2 weeks after having a concrete post drop onto my finger from about 1/4 of the height those slabs dropped from. My finger was painful enough so dont want to imagine how painful that must have been!!

Still - served the little scrote right!! Shame the video stopped so soon - i know from experience that the pain doesnt really register straight away (i managed to pick the post up with my left hand and remove my glove before i realised it actually hurt a bit). 30 seconds later and i knew it hurt A LOT!! LOL

skodaman - 12/6/08 at 02:48 AM

Ha ha! Got what he deserved. Maybe there really is a god up there.

aaron bassett - 12/6/08 at 07:23 AM

made me feel sick as soon as they claim for the council i would show them that vid

ragindave - 12/6/08 at 07:40 AM

Its a shame he wasnt breaking it with his head....

nick205 - 12/6/08 at 07:52 AM

I suspect he had that coming to him in one form or another. That won't have been the first bit of wanton vandalism he's undertaken will it....

....probably be the last though

Taking your points in order.

Fair enough but schadenfreude is a normal human reaction.

He'd have no case IMO, the damage to the wall looked like he or his mates had been at the demolition job for a while - presumably so they could get a hilarious mobile phone video.

Quite correct, but it's probably just a transfer from dole to disability which HM Govt seems to think is quite a good thing coz it keeps the unemployment figures looking low.

Yes, but people get hurt/killed by things that are no fault of their own, getting hurt by your own stupidity isn't a bad thing - in the extreme it's part of evolution.

Personally also I hope he recovers but maybe a bit of an ache in winter and a slight limp just to remind him of his moment of youtube 'glory'. Oh and a bill for repairing the wall.

If he wasn't kicking the wall in the first place it wouldn't have happened. Rather "nanny state" of you to blame the council IMO.

David Jenkins - 12/6/08 at 12:04 PM

We are quite fortunate in this country to have the legal principle called "duty of care" - every person has a duty to take reasonable steps to keep himself or herself safe.

If he'd bumped against the wall and it had fallen on him then he'd have a case. Kicking a panel out doesn't qualify.

RK - 12/6/08 at 01:36 PM

Some lawyer will probably get him a huge payoff. Don't be surprised if you hear his little "friends" ran off once they surveyed the severity of his injuries. Coward doesn't quite explain that type of person.

Jasper - 12/6/08 at 03:20 PM

That would have definitely have choppped his foot off, those things are super heavy ...... nasty but deserved.
