Sending off paperwork

Im just about to send off my paperwork to book my SVA, and just checking that i am sending the correct bits:

im about to send:

completed SVA1 form
Amateur build declatration
copies of invoices
Photos of build
Cheque for £190 payable to VOSA

is this about right for SVA?

then once it has passed i need to take to DVLA:

MAC certificate
Completed V55/4
Completed V627/1
Certificate of Newness
invoices of build

car insurance certificate
Money to pay for registration, and tax?
