SVA Failure - Gillingham
A 6am start arrived at Gilllingham to find test centre covered with snow. Met the tester Andy who took four hours, he failed it on loose or untidy
wiring, few sharp bits, exhaust emissions and speedo calibration. Nothing major or unexpected, now at least I have a check list to work too, I was
never happy with the wiring anyhow. As for Andy the tester, you could not meet a nicer guy, he told me he enjoyed his job, he was a car enthusiast and
he was there to help and advise builders how to get their car through the test. All in all a very enjoyable day made even better by the staff at
Gillligham.
