harnesses and seats
are there any regulations for harnesses for sva,or are they fine as long as they are e'marked?
Also are the low backed tub style plastic seats(supplied by mnr) ok for sva or will i need a high backed bucket seat eg intarim to match my drivers
seat.
The car i have was for track use so only has 1 harness and 1 high back seat!

nooo not this question again lol
everyone will tell you they HAVE to be e-marled, but they don't. there's several other markings they can have instead. look through the
manual and it'll tell you everything in there

Your passenger side seat will be fine. It might need a bit of edging trim round it just to make it "internal radius compliant", but
that's it.

The TRS harness was from Colin Denyer Motorsport based at the Top Gear test track.
Was very good value too. They do standard 2 inch road harnesses.
On that bombshell we have to end the post...
