Lost SVA details
I returned some info to VOSA on the 3rd February which they received on the 4th Feb. Checked with them today and whilst my letter was signed for on
the 4th, they do not recognise the initials and do not have the information. I have been told I can send some images by email and will be informed if
they are OK and the GVW was ammended over the phone.
SO!!!!!!!
Whilst my application went in mid January and my cheque has been presented on the 27th Januar , I must have my information to them by the end of the
week or they have implied IVA is for me.
So, check with them if you are getting concerned.
I did send it to the correct address as well because it was on my letter for the extra info.

Could they not figure it out from the chassis number?
