Fuel Filler - No Cat, does it make a diiference?

Hi Guys and girls!

Question I have is twofold:

1) Do fuel filler caps have to lock? Or is a screw in one acceptable for SVA?

2) I have an early blade engine, running on carbs with NO catalytic converter, I think this means I can do without the fuel filler unleaded only restrictor - am I right?

Cheers folks!

We've had this one before.

It needs to be"secure" this doesn't mean you need a locking cap.

No Cat=no restrictor

Cheers

Chris
