Who else has made there own fuel tank?

I read the IVA Manual last night and see it states it needs to be marked to show its compliant.

I think that it only applies to over the counter bought plastic tanks.
Metal tanks just have to have no leaks.

only applies to plastic tanks metal are exempt.
