At last -SVA pass Cardiff
Finally passed ! Noise down from 103 - 96 db courtesy of a huge can and lots of carpet offcuts in the engine bay
Still didn't like my headlights !(3rd pair used
Also went to DVLA - but the lady in the know was not there -
Thanks to MAc1 and all other forum help
