Zetec engine data

I am finishing a tiger Cat for a friend of mine getting it ready for sva. It has a crossflow in it however we are switching to a zetec due to emmisions restrictions in my country.
I have found plenty zetecs including a 1275cc Zetec-S out of a 2001 fiesta. I have an engine number to go by, is there any reference that I can use that would give me more information as to what and where the engine has come from?

Thanks all

There's some numbers here but only for the silvertop and blacktop "real" zetecs ie. the 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0

Pm me the engine number I can tell you where it's from. Although at that age it's most likely a fiesta being the only car that engine was in in the ford range

Thanks guys, to register a car here it costs a H*&^ of alot and emissions is the key factor to the price. We can always change the engine later Lets get the SVA/Registration done first
