Has he been warned off? Anyone in the know?

I noticed this months ago. No disrespect to the bloke, but I was concerned and uncomfortable that he was posting at all.
OK in theory, but in practice he was very black and white and conflicting both ways on things that had already passed or failed by his peers.
So conflict of interest, I guess so.
Consider that he made a staement of "fact/opinion " about a pass point and you then go to an other station and they fail it, or vice
versa, then what?
Personally some things are not meant to be black and white and should have grey edges
