Got my V5 but no model!

Got my v5 today, but it doesnt have a model name on it.

Got the make on there, but they've missed off the model. Is it worth doing something about?

Also they've made a mistake with my chassis number (now theres a surprise!) put a 4 instead of an A.

I had the same so I contacted Manchester DVLA. They corrected the chassis no but said they couldn't enter the "model" when dealing with SVA'd cars, just "Make". The program wouldn't let them.

we'll the chassis number, they made a mistake by putting a 4 instead of the A. So i'll just stamp a 4 over the A.

Think I beter check it closer to see if theres anyother mistakes!!

I wouldn't - as the SVA wasn;t against that chassis number.

I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem, but imagine if it was! EK!

safer just to write to them IMO.

Yup, no model on mine and they missed the first letter off the chassis number. Perhaps thats because I got it registered on a Thursday and the V5 was with me on the Saturday. 14 weeks for registration and three days for the V5. Explain that one Mr DVLA.
