Who was that on their way to DVLA????

just driven up the M1 to nottingham and spotted a red kit car (think it was a Marlin 5ExIwith cardboard number plates with "DVLA nottingham" written on them. was it anyone on here. Look ed like a nice car. we were in the dark red rover 75 that passed you a few times to have another look!

also you cant drive it to DVLA before you have plates

(touch paper lit...)

Youd get away with it with no plates on. Putting some form of other plateson is an offence in its self.

Has that changed? You used to be able to drive the SVA, you just needed insurance...
