"Marked" plug leads

I am sure I saw a post recently about a fail point for plug leads not marked with the appropriate wording I assume that they are shielded?

I am using the original ZX9 leads and coils mounted on brackets on the rocker cover as they were when I got the engine.

Non of them are marked in any way other than the ring designating the cylinder number.

Is this going to be a fail/do I really need to remake them with newer marked aftermarket leads?

Any advice from those who have been through IVa most welcome as I try and tick off as many issues as I can before applying.

Cheers
Rich

ZX9 uses plug on coils which are a different set up to the leads which failed on here.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

If IVA becomes any more fussy we are going to have health & safety stickers stuck on anything 'dangerous'

Sorry do you mean as they are connected to the coils and not just pushed onto contacts and so not easily changed that they are Ok? On the other thread someone with a Blackbird said their OEM Honda leads failed. I would assume they were similar design?

Mmmm...
