front arches - IVA proof?

are the running board style front arches as seen on old robin hoods IVA proof? just been reading the manual on this and i think they cover the 30 deg forward, 50 deg rearward criteria, but they sit about 5 inches above the wheel. I have a bad feeling they might not come forward enough actually...

these ones:

cheers!

surely its just down to how you fit them? and how whoever made them designed them?

ok, its a model, not a real car, but it all depends on where you put the bolts lol, plus theres always fibreglassing etc to extend them if needed.

absolutely no reason why you can't fit them and make them work

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

The ones in the RH picture are far too high off the front wheels...
...but I have no idea how that would affect the IVA.

IMHO the car would look much better anyway if you lowered the wings
