Q reg points sytem

Can any one help

If I use the following :

Engine form Car A
Gearbox form Car B
Axels (Hubs) form Car B
Steering Column + Rack form Car B
DIFF form Car B
Prop from Car B
Brakes from Car B
New MK Chassis

Can I qualify for an Age related Plate?

Is GearBox, Hubs , Diff and Steering Column + Rack enough points?

If I get the V5 document for Car B to show Engine from CAR A . then pretend that my Donor (Car B) had an XR2 1600cc engine in it when I bought it instead of the 1800cc serria engine -Would that cause problems.

Can you tell DVLA that an engine size in a vehicle has changed from 1.8 to 1.6 with out needing to present the vehicle for some sort of inspection? Would they think this is a Tax dodge?

Dont even need to do that, It only like a BEC. I got an age related plate You only need 2 items from Engine, Transmission, Axles (both), Steering assy, Suspension.
Plus V5. So you shouldnt have a problem.

I'm sure I've got one, just don't know where I've put it
