Headlights?

If I incorporate indicators and side lights into the cycle wings do I, buy law, have to have headlights?

Could I make them 'plug in' units that stow away inside the car?

If im reading the C&U regs correctly if you remove the sidelights to you wont need headlights

Nothing in these Regulations shall require any lamp or reflector to be fitted between sunrise and sunset to–

(a)a vehicle not fitted with any front or rear position lamp, .
(b)an incomplete vehicle proceeding to a works for completion, .
(c)a pedal cycle, .
(d)a pedestrian-controlled vehicle, .
(e)a horse-drawn vehicle, .
(f)a vehicle drawn or propelled by hand, or .
(g)a combat vehicle.

headlights, over rated just eat carrots

you could have them removable but totally pointless tbh and you be in trouble if you came across fog on a motorway etc

some of the new designs are so small you have to look for them.

If you really don't like them, have them pop out the nose cone, easy enough to do and been done before

Thanx for the plug Mr Whippy! - the ones you see on the car were the first of these we'd had with dip & main within this small a housing - I have to say they are absolutely brilliant.

Totally coincidentally we have recently received the first production batch of them & I'm doing a VERY special deal on them for a short while only,

see Here

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1
