Road Tax refund.
I have just purchased a car but want to sorn it and cash in the tax but as I have only just purchased it I have not recieved the log book as yet how
do I claim the tax back and sorn it.

Fairly sure you have to be register WITH V5 to be entitled

You will have the green slip, that is in lieu of the V5, take it with the tax disc to the post office, and fill out the refund form.
