V55/5 application
This maybe a daft question but...
I have co pleated the v55/5 and the v627 built up vehicle form which are ready for sending off.
Do I enclose with these the original IVA pass certificate as well and if so should I send it all recorded delivery?

Yes, there's a list on the first page of v55/5 of what should be included. You won't get your IVA pass cert' back so take a
photocopy for posterity.

Recent posts on here have raised an issue where DVLA said they hadn't received applications. When it's been pointed out that the delivery
was signed for they were miraculously found... Send it "signed for"
