Mirrors for iva
Hi all, some pre iva info please, do you have to fit a centre mirror if you have one on each side, also does the exhaust silencer have to have a
separate heat shield over it or not.?

for the mirror, you have to have it, unless it does not give any rearward visionquote:
RS2. An interior mirror must be fitted, (see note 3)
Note 3: The interior mirror must be positioned as far as is practical to afford the best possible view to the rear, if the interior rear-view mirror
does not provide any rearward vision its presence shall not be required.

No, heat shield is not required. But is often a good way to ensure projections are covered.

As for heat shield - no its ok to fry anyone who comes near to it for IVA!!!!
