VIn application
Just a quick note for those in the process
I emailed the DVLA on Monday asking for a VIN for my Luego Viento
I was surprised that within 24 hrs I had a response with the guidance letter, alocated VIN number and copies of required documents for the
registration process
I simply provided my full name and address and the reason for requiring a VIN and emailed below
Email: DVLAVIN@dvla.gov.uk
Very simple and very quick, as has been said before dont post a letter far quicker to email
hope this helps some

The DVLA do seem to be working quicker than expected at the moment. Just re-applied for my driving licence (epilepsy) and it was done under 2 weeks.
Seems good when people want to get things done and move on!
