The mirrors billy got from luego were not convexed and so failed the sva. Had to go and buy convexed bike mirrors to get it through.

Don't believe the SVA manual specifies flat or convex. I think billy failed the field of view test, not because they were non convexed mirrors.

the two go hand in hand, with flat mirrors its difficult to get the required field of view

Sorry did'nt make the last post very clear. No they don't specify the mirrors have to be convexed but you'll have a harder job
trying to get through as your field of view drops considerably with flat mirrors (which is what happened to billy)

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.
