You wont need them for SVA, but you will need something to cover the locknut
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

Speak to macspeedy or mangogroove. i believe they sell them. they also do some lovely windscreens.
You could also try an electrical suppliers such as CEF they may have something similair
