Post SVA registering

The DVLA inspection has already been carried out. And the vehicle is insured. So, assuming I pass my SVA test what paperwork do I need in order to get my Reg number? I am planning to pop along to the DVLA office straight after the test. And I have a letter stating that I will get a Q plate.
