latest SVA form?
guys, whats the latest application form for the sva? ive filled out one i got from speedthing when i bought my car off him, only he had 2 different
v55/5 forms and i realised one was out of date! after filling it in! doah!
Anyway, ive filled out the sva application, but just before i send it away with my cheque i wanted to double check it was the latest up to date form.
It has April 2004 on the back of the form.
Q1 is the vin no bit.
Q5 is the sva location request.
Q12 is the engine details.
Q13 is the power/revs/speed question.
Q15 is design weights.
then there is the other stuff from Q18 to Q20m that i dont need to answer.
Does that sound right? cheers!

V55/5 is a DVLA form, for registration, not SVA. atb Ray.

yeah i know, cheers anyway. Its just that i noticed the v55/5 form was out of date and thought the sva app form may be too, which it turned out it
was.
