At last, SVA Retest pass!

Finally managed to get the car for a retest at Nottingham this afternoon and passed. Seems like ages since the original test in July.

I would like to thank Mark from MAC#1 for all his assistance, without it I am sure it would have been another fail. Emissions were very close.

It was well worth getting soaked on the way home.

Now just got to run the rigours of the DVLA.

Thanks to all on here for your inspiration and advice during the build, looks like I will just get it on the road in time for winter.

Simon

Excellent well done. Hopefully the DVLA wont keep you too long! Have fun when you get to play with it on the road but........Watch out for damp roads when you are out in it until you get the hang of it! Its very easy to get out-of-shape and i'd hate to see another car re-arranged!

Congrats and well done.
I bet you needed a bucket to bail the car out when you got home.

Excellent news....

Shame about the weather today but lets hope for a few dry weekends during Oct Nov so that I get a chance to see the car

excellent - well done.

Makes me wonder how many SVA'd MK Indys there are now.....

Anyone want to start a thread on the subject? Or does the owners club have an idea?

Cheers

Mark

Whats the Delay with the DVLA - I got my plates the same day I passed my SVA.

All I had to do was submitt the doc before the SVA and the DVLA inspector would come to the SVA and check the numbers etc.

Scot's do it better in Kilts.

MK INDY's Don't Self Centre Regardless of MK Setting !

Still waiting for someone to call us back from tuesday, was too late to have took the car round to them yesterday, think they close at about 3.30

Has anyone got a direct line to Nottingham or a fax number, the one we had just goes onto the national number and all you can do is leave a message

Ed
