I assume you mean
this one ?
You need too ask the seller what it says on the log book and was it built pre SVA, it could have been.

probably registered as a dutton or escort 2 seat convertible
mot'ed a robin hood a month ago reg'ed as a cortina 2 seat sports.i think dvla will be investigating soon

Spot on Dan, it's me...
As Zil' says, rebuilt F27, nothing more sinister. Log book says Formula 27; I managed to get it changed from "2-seater sports" on
the advice of Steve Porter from F27 some years back, just before SVA kicked in, as Steve advised I may fall into a grey area; and yes, as Jon says, it
was built pre-SVA.
Just had to relist because someone 'mistakenly' hit the B-i-N button.
