Who to contact for SVA
Where can I get an SVA application form?
A few weeks ago I spoke to a robot at my local (Manchester) Vehicle Licencing office and got Robot Sh*t (i.e. nothing) in return.
Anyone got the right number to call to get the SVA bandwagon rolling?

I have a form I got rather ambitiously over a year ago! I think it was from DVLA in swansea. Take a look at the DVLA site - it will give info on
there.
use google and enter DVLA Swansea.
