SVA MOT

Do we legally require an MOT as well as SVA, or do we get three years MOT free as other 'new' cars?

If your DVLA follows the rules correctly, then no and yes as DRC says above.

Cheers,
James

I believe the legislation involved with MOT's state that a car requires an MOT 3 years after date of first registration, so one thing to make sure is that the date of first registration on your V5 is correct (I know mine wasn't and had to contact DVLA to have it ammended)

So again No and YES

Cheers

Scott
