SVA form?
It's that time at last, time to send off for the SVA.
Can anyone help me with the maximum power engine speed for a 92 fireblade.
Dont have proof of age but have heard of some people using info in the front of haynes book, any coments on this.
Also what body style did u put on the form.
Was going to put max road speed of 120mph is that about right.
Look forward to getting her passed and on the road, its been 12 months of good fun building her but now i want to play. Shame the summer is coming to
an end tho. bit of bad timing.

I think the tester assumes it's the engines redline for the power when he does the noise test. It had to comply at 2/3 full revs for the noise
test when I went and I put 5000 rpm down but he said 6500 and tested it accordingly.
Body style is 2 seater sports car.
Top speed sounds o.k. they may check your speedo up to what you put down so don't get too enthusiastic.
yours, Pete.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

I'm sure this will be the case, but ensure your tyres are rated up to the speed that you declare.
Fine if decent sporty tyres, but not if you're on a standard sierra wheel with some Chekz make on. (to get through the SVA )
